Marco L. Denis, professionally known as Marco Denis, is a Springfield, Missouri entrepreneur, real estate developer and founder whose career has been defined by vision, transformation and resilience.

Born in Haiti and rooted in Springfield since the 1990s, Marco developed his entrepreneurial foundation by building and operating four mobile-phone repair and resale businesses. He later transitioned into real estate, restoring more than 250 homes throughout Springfield before expanding into commercial property acquisition, development, leasing, repositioning and management.

Over more than 15 years, Marco's professional record has grown to include more than 100 real-estate transactions and over $50 million in assets under management.
